As far as I’m concerned, the Baby Taylor is just a toy and you can get the same thing at Toys ‘r Us. I feel this way about all so-called travel sized acoustic guitars. Spend the money on a regular sized used acoustic guitar and he’ll be happier than he will with the Baby.

As was said before, the Baby Taylor is a 3/4 size guitar and has a 22 3/4″ scale length. It’s not a good fit size wise for a larger sized person. I have played the Baby Taylor and I don’t think that it is that good of a guitar. You can get a regular sized guitar from other manufacturers for the same amount of money. However, if you really want a Taylor acoustic guitar I’d take a look at used acoustic guitars and you may find one in the same price range as a new Baby Taylor.

A Baby Taylor acoustic guitar is a 3/4 guitar. That means that it’s three quarters the size of a standard acoustic guitar. Most people seem to think that it’s intended to be a child’s guitar but I think that it is more of a travel guitar. It’s nice to have as a second or third guitar, but I would not want one if it were to be my ONLY acoustic guitar.
