GreenSG asked:
I played a used acoustic guitar today that was around five hundred bucks when it was new. The guy wants three hundred dollars for it and I like the sound and feel of it. It's in great condition and I did not see anything wrong with it. There is also a $300 new acoustic guitar that I'm looking at, but the used one sounds better, in my opinion. Should I buy the used one or would I be better off with a new one?

If it’s well taken care of, I’d buy the used acoustic guitar because it will be set up properly.
Definitely buy the used acoustic guitar. Why pay the $200-$00 when you can get an acoustic guitar that’s already been broken in?
You can get great deals on used guitars if the previous owner took good care of it. At the most you’ll have to replace the strings, clean the frets and neck and polish the body. Don’t hesitate to buy a used acoustic guitar. Just make sure that there are no problems with it !
