For the extra money I'd go with the 310ce, It used better wood in the construction and it also has better electronics in the pickups and onboard amplifier.-ce is made of better wood and has much nicer electronics. It is worth the extra money in my opinion. That's a decent difference, percentage wise, in cost between these two guitars but I would definitely spend it for the one with the better wood and electronics if I had the bucks.
