A Johnson asked:
What's a fair price to pay for a used Ibanez acoustic guitar? It has some small scratches on the finish.

Your question is far too vague as there are many Ibanez acoustic guitar models from which to choose. Please provide the specific model of the used Ibanez acoustic guitar and I may be able to help you with the price. However, if the guitar is in good shape outside of some minor scratches, I think that you should probably pay anywhere from 50-70% of the cost of a new Ibanez acoustic guitar.
A couple of years ago I bought a new Ibanez acoustic electric guitar because I liked the sound and the price was right. But after playing some better guitars I realize that there was a reason for the cheap price. It’s an OK for a beginner, but once you progress you might want a better quality acoustic electric guitar. Or if you’re a beginner and have the money, but a good quality guitar to begin with. Right now I’m shopping for a Taylor or Martin, and I’ll probably buy a used acoustic electric guitar to stretch my money.
I own an Ibanez acoustic guitar and the price will reflect the quality of this guitar since they come in many versions. Probably the biggest factor that will influcence the price of the guitar is the materials of construction. A cheap acoustic guitar will have a plywood top that will result in a soft volume and a poor tone. But if you get a rosewood guitar with a solid spruce or cedar top then you can expect to pay over a grand. However, new Ibanzez acoustic guitars with good construction and materials will range around $400-$700 depending on many factors. You can probably find a good quality used Ibanez acoustic guitar for about half of that on eBay.
